A leader in its industry, Wiredrive was committed to growing their business, but needed to make major changes to get there. Their goal was to expand with an aggressive, no-holding-back focus on sales. Top-tier talent was required to make the leap.

We performed an evaluation of company benefits, perks and salary expectations across all hiring roles for the Los Angeles market to give new hire satisfaction and retention a solid start.
We crafted Wiredrive’s hiring story, a critical component in attracting the right talent. This included job descriptions, a company overview, an outline of Wiredrive’s core values and benefits and perks. This ensured all candidates experienced a professional, one-voice narrative.
We moved. We leveraged our resources and vast network to secure right candidates, including coordinating each interview. We were the first face a candidate saw when they arrived and the final hand shake when they left.
Wiredrive is a company in the midst of an impressive transformation.
